It seems that all those organisations with successful health and safety management systems in place have something in common; they have all got their employees on side, given them ownership and instilled a sense of pride in their safety performance.

Some organisations find this to be an insurmountable achievement, which if you haven’t trained your managers to manage your health and safety, it probably is.</description>
