I appreciate your suggestions on minimizing liability.  It&#039;s easy to let all the potential risks of an office party scare management into thinking that it should not happen and I think this is a big mistake. 

It&#039;s important for office moral to have company socials but it&#039;s equally as important to be aware of the associated risk so you can minimize them.  I personally find offering Taxi vouchers to be a great solution. This can even be combined with car pools the next day to take employees back to their vehicles.</description>
